I agree with you on this one, b/c I get this same crap ALL the time. They
ought to be made to pay people for their "harassments", as I term it.
People like us would go to jail, b/c we're an average joe, but these
people
are getting away with "murder" (junk pop-ups). Let's start a petition
page
just for stuff like this, and IF enough people were to complain about this
topic, WELL . . . .something good ought to come out of it. Remember:

always comes out of a posistive actions.
