Letter to a Reuters news editor:
In "Democrats Intensify Their Attacks on Howard Dean" Tue December 16,
2003 04:11 PM ET, the reporter John Whitesides includes several
negative quotes against Dean. Where is Dean's quote to respond to
these barrage of negative attributions? We see his picture with his
finger pointing out at the crowd but Whitesides is supposed to say if
Dean couldn't be reached (most likely because he made no attempt to
call him). That's bad. I am a journalism student in college and I
would get C- if I turned in a similar report.
