Channel 5 in Minneapolis had a camera crew embedded with the 1012st when
they went into Al Qa Qaa on 4/18. They have video of the intact IAEA seal
and of hte exlosives in question. In an interview on CNN David Kay said
the
seal was authentic and that he containers were the interdicted explosoves.
He also said that once we break the seal on a bunkker we own it.
BTW, the was the THIRD visit to the site by US troops.
The IAEA also noted that they inspected 8 bunkers in March that were
sealed.
