Safe enough bet I suppose as, eventually, everyone ends up dead.

Still, it you want to qualify the bet (say, he ends up dead within 5 
years of non-natural causes) I'll take some of that action.

The guy has found nothing except that it's possible to electrolyze 
hydrogen from water with radio waves - the hydrogen energy out is still 
less than the radio wave energy going in.

Plus, it seems the process produces toxic chlorine gas from the Cl in 
the NaCl.
