Thank you :-) You have been incredibly helpful! I've been hit with
some nastiness on other forums :-( Give yourself a pat on the back for
being a decent human being!!

By the way...His first assignment paid him $35 and the editor was very
impressed with him. I'm going to keep my fingers crossed and hope that
he can get enough assignments per month to make this his career.
