Due to the DELIBERATE AND INTENTIONAL FAILURE of local law enforcement
it is clearly felt that Contra Costa County law enforcement terrorist
division is still intent on getting me to COMMIT SUCIDE.
I am being stalked, terrorized, by these SO CALLED LAW ENFORCEMENT
OFFICERS. ! Police have instructed me since the beginnings DO NOT go
outside to TALK to these people as they REFUSE TO IDENTIFY
THEMSLEVES.I am begging on bended knee that ever reader contacts,
write, email, regular mail, local congress member, senate member, Law
enforcement (hopefully honest people), local, county, state and
federal government official, before they succeed in causing my death.
These so called law enforcement officers here around 24/7, I am being
treated like a dangerous criminal. I am NOT allowed any privacy in my
home. They even watch (supervise) my elderly mother change clothes.
I have heard threats by them of all kinds of torture, death, being
made unable to communicate. CONTRA COSTA COUNDY LAW ENFORCEMENT
TERRORIST DIVISION ARE STILL TRYING TO DIG UP CHARGES AND THINGS. Not
only is this ILLEGAL, ENTRAPMENT, VIOLATION OF MY RIGHTS, VIOLATION OF
PRIVACY, INVASION OF PRIVACY and a lot of other things. These people
INTENTIONALLY caused and INTENTIONALLY damaged private property. These
people are STALKING me. I am followed, chased at different times every
where I go.
This is quite obviously by behavior that when these so called law
enforcement officers say that they just want to talk and or just want
to help is by proven demonstration by actions what they really mean.
THESE PEOPLE HAVE NO INTENTION EVEN ON THE MOST MICROSCOPIC LEVEL OF
HONEST HELP AND JUST WANT TO TALK. THESE PEOPLE NEVER AT ANYTIME HAVE
COME UP DIRCTLY TO ME. NEVER TO MY DOOR and or NEVER RANG BELL! Is
this what ALL LAW ENFORCEMENT IN CONTRA COSTA COUNTY CALL GOOD,
PROPER? I ASK PEOPLE TO DEMAND THESE SO CALLED LAW ENFORCEMENT
OFFICERS ARE MADE TO LEAVE US ALONE AND GO AWAY. I am still having
chest pains that these law enforcement officers are causing by putting
on pressure to me to have a fatal attack. WE have been to the police
department on many occasions and have submitted reports of what is
still going on and yet to no avail. It is now felt that the some
police are intentionally letting this happen to me.
ALL of this is ENTRAPMENT as they are illegally on private property of
which includes my back yard and my roof. These people intentionally
have inflicted a lot of property damage both to the house and my
belongings. I can UNDER PURGERY STATE that AT ANY TIME NO MEMBER OF
CONTRA COSTA SHERIFF DEPARTMENT EVER TRIED TO TALK TO ME DIRECTLY.
Instead they talk outside window when I am in bed, trample on the
roof, laugh about terrorizing me. Does the expression BIG BROTHER IS
WATCHING YOU ring a familiar bell? With my right of EXPECTATION of
REASONABLE PRIVACY in my own BEDROOM has been INTENTIONALLY VIOLATED.
I am asking the public for help since the CONTRA Costa SHERIFF
DEPARTMENT IS ILLEGALLY, UNPROFESSIONALLY, ASSISTING IN THE NEIGHBORS
ILLEGAL CONSPIRACY WITH CONSPIRACY OF THEIR OWN. THESE BADGED
TERRORIST HAVE ONCE AGAIN THREATENED TO GET ME. THESE PEOPLE WHO ARE
OUT OF THEIR OWN LEGAL TERRORITORY AND TRYING TO KILL ME. ONCE AGAIN
WITH THREATS OF MAKING SURE I AM BEATENED, TAKEN APART, KILLED, MADE
TO DISAPPEAR.
The neighbors across the street started all this conspiracy upon their
day 1 in my neighborhood. When 1st went to police, my plea for help
was ignored and nothing done. On the 2nd officer came out it was put
out over the radio on channel 1 of 460.150 and it said don't help Karp
but help the neighbors in this. This officer stopped short of saying
conspiracy. I have not received help in ending this situation yet.
In my eyes and in my opinion, LAW ENFORCEMENT is telling the PRESIDENT
of the United States this statement.
"Screw off Mr. President. We will terrorize whomever, wherever,
however we damn will please. We are the police and your message /
orders do NOT apply to us!
I HEARBY DEMAND THAT THE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES
PUBLICALLY EXPLAIN HIMSELF AND WHY DISABLE AMERICANS WITH
MEDICAL PROBLEMS WHO ARE DEFENSELESS ARE SUBJECT TO THIS TREATMENT BY
CONTRA COUNTY AND LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT.
WE HAVE NO PRIVACY THEY WATCH MY FAMILY DO EVERYTHING REGARDLESS HOW
PRIVATE.
It is nice to know how that these so called LAW ENFORCMENT OFFICERS
can find disgraceful ways to illegally and UNPROFESSIONALLY be
OPPRESSIVE to people. Also these same people think that they are able
to read suspects thoughts and assume that they are accurately correct.
There has been every effort made to keep me scared, cause me to have
attacks serious enough to seek medical treatment. My life has been
put into danger by means of medical conditions used against me. I
have suffered a minimum of 6 major attacks of which on a larger scale
would have killed me. I have had my health jeopardized and made to
suffer attacks of painful nature. These so called professional law
enforcement people are still looking for ways to kill me.
I have been the subject of investigation by many different so called
law enforcement officers in Contra Costa County. . However in Contra
Costa county law enforcement believes differently by examples done
unto me of terrorizing, harassment, psychological torture and many
other things. I am so terrorized that a normal amount of food is
constantly being vomited up after every meal time. I can not sleep
normal as distractions and noises are still rampantly abundant.
I am now asking the public to EMAIL and WRITE every agency for
assistance and answers as to why the CONTRA Costa SHERIFFS ARE HELPING
THE NEIGHBORS
THIS SO CALLED LAW ENFORCEMENT THAT CALLS ITSELF SHERIFFS IS NOT IN
JURISTDICTION AND HAS NO AUTHORITYIN MY AREA OF CONCORD CALIFO0RNIA.
I now feel that LAW ENFORCEMENT in this conspiracy by terrorization
and conspiracy of their own is nothing more than ATTEMPTED MURDER.
