How Republicans Quietly Hijacked Justice Dept. to Swing Elections
Tuesday, 15 April 2008 13:06
Since the 2004 election, activist lawyers with ties to the Republican
Party and its presidential campaigns, Republican legislators, and even
the Supreme Court -- in a largely unnoticed ruling in 2006 -- have been
aggressively regulating most aspects of the voting process.
Collectively, these efforts are undoing the gains of the civil rights
era that brought voting rights to minorities and the poor, groups that
tend to support Democrats.
In addition, the Department of Justice (DOJ), which for decades had
fought to ensure that all eligible citizens could vote, now encourages
states to take steps in the opposite direction.

Collectors Cost IRS More Than They Raise
Tuesday, 15 April 2008 12:26
The Internal Revenue Service expects to lose more than $37 million by
using private debt collectors to pursue tax scofflaws through a program
that has outraged consumers and led to charges on Capitol Hill that the
agency is wasting money for work that IRS agents could do more
effectively.
TVNL Comment: Privatization is all about looting the nation. That's it.
This is the Republican agenda...to steal everything that exists! Nobody
hates democracy more than Republicans.

Israel threatening world security
Tuesday, 15 April 2008 11:47
Iran's ambassador to the IAEA has said that Israel's nuclear
capabilities are a potential threat to both international and regional
security.
The Zionist regime has refused to sign the Non Proliferation Treaty
(NPT) and it is believed that the regime has about 200 nuclear warheads
capable of being mounted on long-range missiles and a stockpile of
chemical and biological weapons.
"Although the US has always vetoes the UN Security Council's resolutions
against Israel, it could not do so in the IAEA's general conference," he
added.

Dept Of Homeland Security -
Tuesday, 15 April 2008 11:32
While bombing Iraq and Afghanistan in the name of the "War on Terror,"
George Bush allowed(s) tens of millions of unidentified people from
around the world a free pass into the United States daily for the past
seven years of his presidency. His terrorism war proves a complete fraud
on the American public when placed under the scrutiny of verifiable facts.
President George Bush may be compared to Captain Edward John Smith of
the Titanic. Both men pretended expertise in their chosen professions;
both men created two significant man-made disasters of the 20th and 21st
centuries.
Bush's first officer, Michael Chertoff, shakes down old ladies at
airports while tens of thousands of illegal aliens walk across our
borders weekly.
