Thats the way things have always been done in DC. You wanna get anything
done, and you make enemies. You wanna be as beloved as Obama, dont do
anything that will piss anyone off. Dont do anything but give speeches.

There's a diff. She wants to tax the oil companies directly to use the
money to pay for the highway work. McCain would let those jobs, and that
needed work on the infrastructure go. Remember the MPLS bridge?
