Because "disclosure" is limited to traceable US holdings and his
oil leases in Iraq aren't producing very well right now... intentionally
of course, so as to raise the price of oil.

This man has stolen more wealth from the USA (for personal gain
or for untraceable kickbacks from the gains he shoveled toward his
no-bid cronies) than any man in history.  Just my humble opinion
of course.
