Re: 2000-KA-00777-SCT Richard Mark Jones vs. State of Mississippi
To whom it may concern:
It has been some time since I have contacted any public and/or elected
officials regarding the above referenced matter. I now reside at 135-A
Frank Speed Rd. Seminary Mississippi 39479 with my wife Martha E.
Jones.
There has been no so-called new trial in the above stated matter
although a new so-called trial would be just as illegal as the first.
The Mississippi Supreme Court Mandate as far as I can tell did not
mandate a trial for obvious reasons i.e. the so-called trial was a
government sham and/or fraud perpetrated against not only me but my
family and the people. It was clear to anyone caring to see yet it was
allowed to proceed and another one of my children was needlessly
killed.
Seeing as I spent several years in jail and prisons for no reason
other than a vendetta against me as well as my family this matter
should not just be left dangling as though it has some legitimacy. It
should be very easy for the 2nd Judicial District of Hinds County to
fabricate the same style kangaroo court as they did the first time.
The Mississippi Supreme Court did seem to mandate that certain laws
and some constitution was followed, that should have been done without
a mandate telling the lower court to abide by the law and not openly
violate citizens=92 constitutional rights and protections. A reply via
US Mail would be nice, but not necessarily anticipated. Thank you.
Sincerely
Richard Mark Jones
