I got the feeling talking to my buds that they were a little full of
themselves.  When we discussed your stupidity and the fact that you like 
to
file frivoulous lawsuits, they just laughed for a couple of minutes.  Then
said
that you need to look up Arkell v. Pressdram (1971).

I have a feeling that your posts are going to be enshrined forever in the
evidence back up file that gets maximum distribution to their legal
community.
They all need a good laugh now and then it seems.  No matter how long and
hard
you rant and rave, the evidence will stay available to anyone who needs
it.  Possesion is 9/10ths of the law and they have all the posts in their
files
and back up files.  

You also need to bone up on the US Sarbanes/Oxley Act concerning computer
files
and backups of businesses such as this along with the much different and
much
stricter Canadian laws that govern the Canadian branch.
