First of all, all four of the "Repubs" on the court voted for the
death penalty for child rapists.
Secondly, all of the members who were picked my GWBush voted for the
death penalty. Two who were picked by BJClinton... well the only
thing that can be said is that "the fruit doesn't fall far from the
tree.
Man... Kennedy has gone off the deep end this term.
If GWBush goes down as the "worst president ever"... surely Kennedy
will go down as the "worst Supreme Court Justice" ever.
